Vandana spent years in coordination, education and community work — roles that taught her the value of structure, of people, and of quiet consistency.
She started Baaaz on 14 November 2024 with one clear idea: build a more deliberate business network, where trust comes before transactions.
Her approach is shaped by discipline, responsibility and quiet strength. She draws inspiration from Hanuman Ji — not only as faith, but as a reminder of focused effort, courage and service without noise.
Baaaz is not being built to be the largest network. It is being built to be one of the most intentional ones.

Our journey
Nine people around one table on 14 November 2024. No launch, no funding round — just Saturdays that kept getting busier.
14 Nov 2024One table in Hauz Khas
Nine business owners met above a chai shop in Delhi and decided to meet every Saturday. No fee, no rules, just work passed between people who trusted each other.
Chai first, business second.
Early 2025The first paid chapters
Word spread across Delhi NCR. We opened four chapters, added a proper check before joining, and kept one business per category in every room.
Someone finally made a spreadsheet.
Mid 2025Out of Delhi
Gurugram, Noida, Jaipur and Chandigarh came on board, monthly workshops started, and members began recording the deals they actually closed.
Trains, flights, too much filter coffee.
Late 2025The Baaaz app
Everything moved into one app — directory, chat, leads, offers and a deal ledger — so members could keep working between meetings.
